Appointments:
If you are unable to keep your appointment please give the salon at least 24 hours’ notice. We believe that every client deserves the same attention as one another and therefore if you are running late; it will affect the next client’s appointment. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment is automatically cancelled and you will receive a call to reschedule.
Checking-In:
Upon entering the salon please see the front desk before seeking out your stylist or having a seat so we can check you in and accommodate you efficiently.
Walk-Ins:
Sivana Salon welcomes walk-Ins at all times provided there is availability. We strongly suggest scheduling an appointment for your services, in order to guarantee the proper amount of time for you and your stylist.
Cancellation Policy:
We request that you call to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
